Your choice of 'optimal' weather conditions? . . . Mine are: . . .?

Blue skies - with puffy white clouds,

intermittent sunlight,

temps around 74,

with light breezes.

Deep black skies - with gazillions of starlites twinkling,

minimal crescent moon,

temps around 68,

occasional light puff of moving air,

complete with night fragrances of jasmine and honeysuckle.

What environmental conditions do YOU prefer?

Your choice of 'optimal' weather conditions? . . . Mine are: . . .?

Reply:I wanna go where YOU are going!!!
Reply:Mornings in summer when daylight comes early and I am awakened by the chirping of birds.

Daytime in the summer when it is HOT and sunny and I can be in the river all day.

Nighttime in summer when it cools off a little and there is a breeze blowing through the screened porch where I am sleeping and there is a full moon which I call "God's night light".
Reply:Partly cloudy days but clear nights. Nightime lows of 65 to daytime highs of 80. Light breeze.
Reply:The ones you describe would be my favorites. Only I like a really full moon. When I was a kid we used to pull the stem out of the honeysuckle and eat the juice.
Reply:I would like Camelot weather..sunny warm days..rain from 12 pm to 5 am.. thats not too much to ask for..my husband tells me to dream on..
Reply:Deep black heavens with stars so bright you can touch and remember the friends and families they represent. Cool (50's) with the smell of fall in the air. A gentle breeze that pulls the one you love closer to you.
Reply:My idea of optimal weather conditions are calm seas with a following wind, stars so bright you can read by them. Saw that many times in the Indian Ocean. The sunsets are so beautiful they can bring tears to an old salt's eyes.

Several of us on the ship used to stand what we called SUNSET PARADE. Just before sunset, we'd line up on the helo deck and watch the sun set into the South Indian Ocean. As she dipped below the horizon, our leader would call out SUNSET SALUTE! and we'd hold our salute for a few seconds until he called out TO! and we'd go on about our evening doings. It started out with just my crew of 8 and at one time we had about 30 people lined up. Yes, American sailors (as well as other countries, I'm sure) do some goofy things at times.
Reply:Oh your optimal conditions are perfect, can you have some birds and butterflies flying around during the day and at night we must have some lightning bugs for the grand kids to catch, Oh I think I am in heaven
Reply:77 degrees

Sunny with scattered clouds

very light breeze

65 at night, no clouds

A month from now it will around 100 degrees here and 80 at night. I'm not looking forward to that!
Reply:I LOVE (and miss) snow. The best day is a bright, sunny day, a blue sky and a few puffy white clouds with snow on the ground and a cold breeze. To me, that is so refreshing and so beautiful. It makes you just want to take a long walk.
